Job Description:

As a Facility Manager, you will deliver a wide range of building-related services at assigned posts abroad. You will also manage physical resources and direct asset management operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Your specialized experience will include managing large aspects of commercial/residential buildings and related systems equipment to include: engineering drawings and designs, safety functions and applicable building codes, manage and administer maintenance programs, manage financial aspects of contracts and supervise staff.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 yrs. or Master’s degree with 2 yrs. specialized experience, or Bachelor’s in Facility Management or Facility Engineering
• Worldwide availability
• U.S. citizenship
• Between 21-59 yrs. old to be appointed
