Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize all customer care resources
- Train new associates on register university
- Greet all customers within their first five minutes in the store
- Practice proper phone etiquette
- Enquire if their purchase is a gift that will need to be wrapped
- Compare signatures on back of card and receipt
- Offer to hold items for the customer at the cash wrap or in the fitting room
- Uphold all company policy and procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of return policy
- Perform all register functions
- Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions and alternatives
- Ring transactions efficiently – issue a receipt
- Offer to locate out of stock product from other stores
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Comment on all items purchased
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher and problem solver for the sales team
- Assist in maintaining store merchandising and operational standards
- Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness and restock
- Request the customer’s phone number
