Toyota Vacancies – Assistant Manager Finance Internal Audit

Job Requirements:

• Obtain status updates from process owners and update on the database and for EXCO reporting.
• Assist in the co-ordination, management and monitoring of testing to be performed by seconded audit resources and external auditors.
• When required, test the operating effectiveness of high priority controls and complete working papers to support the results of tests
• Assist by ensuring that IT Audit actual costs do not exceed budget by keeping telephone and printing costs at a minimum.
• Assist with the integration of new auditors.
• Assist in conducting IT audits identified in annual audit plan as well as any ad hoc audits and/ or special investigations that have been approved.
• Follow up with process owners to track the remediation status of deficiencies, test and close them prior to year-end and ensure working papers are created.
• Assist in the co-ordination, management and monitoring of testing to be performed by external consultants and external auditors.
• Manage relationships with consultants.
• Create project plan when performing testing and report on deviations and delays.

• Assist in the facilitation of the creation or update of control sheets (and process flow) for all processes in scope.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience within an Audit/ Internal Audit / Compliance environment; Knowledge and experience of IT or IT Audit principles and fundamentals as well as exposure to IT Audits.
• Any of the following are advantageous: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and / or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and / or Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
• Minimum NQF 5 (240 Credits) Qualification in Internal Auditing or Information Technology.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) essential;
