Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll need to be driven, have the knowledge and experience to efficiently and effectively run the store alongside the Store Manager.
- You’ll build upon your own skills whilst learning from theirs, all whilst sharing in their passion for retail and customer service.
- An optimistic and energetic presence is a major part of this role, as well as being able to take responsibility, be it on the shop floor or in the stockroom.
- Training staff or number crunching are just as important as it is to help deliver a flawless customer We want someone with personality in abundance and who aspires to run their own store.
