Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor and Corporate Vice President
• Take full advantage of the mentoring, feedback, training and assignment opportunities provided
• Develop and expand upon a network of contacts within the property and the company
• Actively seek for learning opportunities and assignments, consistent with the Development Plan
• Provide on a timely basis all the necessary reports
• Complete assigned projects in due time

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be result oriented, self motivated and with a positive attitude.
• You have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal with employees effectively.
• You portray a fair leadership style and be easily approachable for employees on all levels
• You should have a higher education degree with a strong passion for the hospitality.
• You must also have a good knowledge in both written and spoken English and an immaculate personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literate will be highly regarded.
• Only UAE Nationals will be considered.
