Job Description:
Focusing on Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) related matters, you’ll be managing key projects based on regulatory changes affecting systems, processes, customer experience and proposition whilst supporting the Product Owner in the consistent and robust prioritisation of technology work backlogs, and playing an active role in all Planning Increment events and other Agile ceremonies
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and maintaining critical MI to help meet assurance and compliance objectives
- Collaborating with and influencing technology partners to drive system improvements and resolve defects or incidents
- Leading the analysis on how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and driving recommendations
- Making sure that changes to systems are successful, including providing business system support and managing communications
Job Requirements:
- Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables remain on track throughout change mobilisation
- Knowledge of operations process management and technology governance
- A strong awareness of Agile ways of working
- Knowledge of risk, compliance and legal issues in different jurisdictions
- A good understanding of banking products, processes and systems
