NatWest Bank Jobs – Litigator

Job Description:

As a Litigator and employment law specialist, you’ll use your expertise to prepare cases, submissions, productions, statements and witnesses before the employment tribunal hearings. You’ll be negotiating with external bodies and other representatives for each case, while working closely with other colleagues in the department to make sure that wider issues from cases are handled by the relevant colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Representing the client in hearings
• Researching and preparing ET3 forms and making sure that responses are submitted on time
• Instructing and liaising with the counsel in order to deliver cost effectiveness
• Preparing, lodging and presenting appeals

Job Requirements:

• A high degree of organisational and business awareness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of decision making and problem solving in a risk assessment environment
• Strong employment law specialist/litigator experience
• Good organisational and planning skills
