Job Description:
The Pinellas Industrial Engineering team is seeking a highly self-motivated, analytical professional whose role will be to effectively apply Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze processes and reduce waste.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement improvements to facilitate new, streamlined processes.
- Interface with senior leadership, program management, technical SME lead, and functional leadership to drive tasks to completion.
- Provide direct shop floor support including creation of plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
- Prefer local candidates
- Develop and monitor changes to production workflow, manpower changes, or changes to the schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
- A level 1 employee Typically has 0 – 3 years of professional experience.
