Job Responsibilities:

• To anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests is necessary.
• To complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all trays and trolleys set according to standard.
• To utilize the hotel’s computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
• To offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience in their room
• To carry trays and load and push trolleys in an appropriate manner in accordance with set standards
• To be able to explain the Private Dining menu including special and children’s menu.
• To ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
