Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare all necessary documents/arrangements as part of pre-arrival procedure.
  • In-charge of in-room check-in for long staying guest and ensure that all benefits have been informed.
  • To ensure that payment/deposit for rooms and incidentals have been paid.
  • Update and maintain guests profiles and accurate guest history records, including the recording of guest information received from other hotels or departments and guests preferences.
  • Liaise closely with Housekeeping Team to ensure special guest needs, amenities and other room related requests are met
  • To ensure that all relevant departments are advised of guest history requests/preferences prior to arrival.
  • To prepare the registration card, welcome letter/card and welcome hamper a day before arrival to ensure smooth check-in.
  • To ensure that Serviced Residence guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping Department to ensure room image is maintained and as far as possible the “Room Ready a day before Arrival” policy is adhered to
  • To communicate with Sales colleague handling serviced residence guests and liaise with relevant department after receiving completed guest preferences and action them accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Front office/Guest Relations experience (Butler experience is an added advantage)
