Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to IKEA’s Global Business Operations US Regional Hub HR Support team
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Display flexibility while working with other IKEA groups/coworkers, whether taking direction or providing support
  • Conduct assessments, data analysis, and manage special projects and reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision in addition to taking direction from multiple individuals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Highly organized individual who pays great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Sort, Filter, Pivot Tables, Graphs, and Formulas)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
