Job Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provide administrative and clerical support to IKEA’s Global Business Operations US Regional Hub HR Support team
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Display flexibility while working with other IKEA groups/coworkers, whether taking direction or providing support
- Conduct assessments, data analysis, and manage special projects and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision in addition to taking direction from multiple individuals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Highly organized individual who pays great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Sort, Filter, Pivot Tables, Graphs, and Formulas)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
