Imperial Irrigation District Jobs – Computer Systems & Application Specialist I

Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs professional system engineering work in the repair and maintenance of the district SCADA/AGC and SCADA/distributed Energy Management System (EMS) computer system to support the Transmission and Distribution Electric System, provides software and hardware additions and improvements; prepares system administration records in accordance with NERC, FERC, WECC, and other regulatory compliance agencies; and provides technical staff assistance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license issued by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles is required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, computer information systems, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related degree.
