In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of assignment and transfers for North America (NA) Honda companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project support, as needed
• Facilitates return placement process to ensure associate is placed in appropriate “next” role (based on business need, associate skills/interests, etc.)
• Monitor beginning to end assignment terms and initiate return timing confirmation to include coordination of return placement and return assignment benefits through Relocation Vendor
• Address complex policy questions and handle policy exception management
• Provide ongoing support to associates while on assignment (relocation policy-focused)
• Review and administer relocation policies with new hires and existing associates for both domestic and international relocation/assignment
• Facilitate the recruitment process for North American Support Requests (receive the request from the regional planning, post the position, review applicants, coordinate selection with hiring manager)
• Run ad hoc queries and monthly reports
• Oversee vendor services provided and ensure quality, cost, and delivery of services
• Receive NA Company Initiated Transfer request, coordinate intercompany transfer agreement with NA Compensation, coordinate transfer offer with associate and facilitate transfer process including relocation, if applicable
• Monitor and provide suggestions to update relocation policies as needed

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of relocation policies preferred
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Timely responsiveness to issue resolution to associates/new hires
• Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Timely completion of the transfer and assignment process

Qualification & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Staffing
• Experience managing relocation and assignment policies
• Experience managing relocation vendors
