Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring in Innovative Concepts to establish a Moving Goods/people work stream which has the following
  • Initiate sales strategies for the region and drive it successfully to achieve results.
  • Scalable
  • Generate leads and ensure adequate account conversions to meet revenue targets.
  • Drive towards short and long-term market goals, ensuring the right processes are in place to get there.
  • Strong USP’s to capture the market.
  • Responsible for Market Benchmarking studies.
  • Cost efficient and has a Good positive UEM (Net margin)
  • Use Supplier relationship as a key strength to drive the B2A (Business to Affiliates/Automotive Suppliers)
  • Client relationship management/Continuous improvement.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to Leadership with regard to customer acquisition, account management & relationship building.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing/operations to identify, develop, and drive adoption of standard methodologies for long-term growth.
  • Comfortable working on stretch targets.
