- Bring in Innovative Concepts to establish a Moving Goods/people work stream which has the following
- Initiate sales strategies for the region and drive it successfully to achieve results.
- Generate leads and ensure adequate account conversions to meet revenue targets.
- Drive towards short and long-term market goals, ensuring the right processes are in place to get there.
- Strong USP’s to capture the market.
- Responsible for Market Benchmarking studies.
- Cost efficient and has a Good positive UEM (Net margin)
- Use Supplier relationship as a key strength to drive the B2A (Business to Affiliates/Automotive Suppliers)
- Client relationship management/Continuous improvement.
- Be a strategic thought partner to Leadership with regard to customer acquisition, account management & relationship building.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing/operations to identify, develop, and drive adoption of standard methodologies for long-term growth.
- Comfortable working on stretch targets.
