The successful candidate will join the team at an exciting time to meet the needs of the commercial team in a territory-wide role to develop your skills and experience. If so, then the Retail Support Manager role maybe the right next step for you. As Retail Support Manager you will provide retail expertise, support and coaching for the property teams, you will enable them to deliver the retail business in line with retail policies, procedures, standards and disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:

The role will be based across the North Territory, providing professional guidance and support across sites in the delivery of the retail strategy and maximisation of profitable sales from retail activities and the setting and managing of high retail standards supporting the Retail Business Partner and Head of Retail.
