Job Description:

ABC News LA Bureau is looking for a Coordinator – Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinator – Operations needed to support busy Los Angeles Bureau for ABC News. Responsibilities include scheduling the 24/7 Assignment Desk; making urgent travel arrangements for news coverage teams working in the field; hiring and managing of hair and makeup personnel; issuance of press passes for major West Coast cities; office bill processing and supplies; and manage the office and other workspaces for a staff of about 40 people.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Preferred work experience in media, TV or broadcast production.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule
  • Strong Organizational Skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA or BS from a four year accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
