Job Description:

The Operations Leader is responsible for supporting Team Leaders in leading and coordinating the plant supply chain for the extrusion department. In this role, the Ops Leader will serve as a “manufacturing generalist” for all department operating team members focusing on daily management and coordination of safety, quality, costs, raw material management, customer service, people development, and performance management.

Job Requirements:

• Desire to move upward and relocate within Clorox
• Team facilitation and consensus building working thru engagement of various levels of the organization
• Excellent oral/written communication and people skills
• Operational technical experience
• 2 – 4 years of operational experience
• BS/BA – Technical/Engineering, operations, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exposure to World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or 6 sigma is a plus.
