Job Description:
Analytic Insights Associate Director is responsible for driving business results by championing and embedding marketing measurement capabilities and insights in business processes. In this role, you will lead a team of analytic insights managers and professionals to proactively identify key measurement needs in collaboration with business partners, manage analytics priorities/plans, and build strong cross-functional relations to enable conversion from insights to actions that drive business results. You will also be part of the analytics leadership team in the Clorox insights organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop processes to streamline data issues and their resolution
- Manage priorities and expectations of cross-functional business partners
- Support the development of holistic & synergistic Marketing Measurement capabilities (Marketing Mix Modeling , Multi Touch Attribution, Spend Optimization) , develop recommendations/implications to guide decision-making for marketing plans and in-flight campaign optimization
- Implement best practices within Analytic Insights through standardization of methods, tools, and knowledge-sharing to maximize group efficiency and impact; Contribute to the building of knowledge and technical skill among all Analytic Insights members
- Drive measurement of all consumer touchpoints across digital and traditional channels – develop standard KPIs and best practices to support digital and data strategy, including 1st Party Data acquisition and activation
- Lead Test & Learn design & execution – develop a consistent and structured marketing testing approach which strives for rapid iteration and real-time optimization of consumer experiences. Closely partner with internal Marketing Data and Technology Enablement Team, Brand Engagement teams, and agency partners to design, execute tests, analyze results, and develop recommendations
- Champion known consumer Insights with business teams and build strong cross-functional relationships to drive business integration of capabilities and insights

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s with 7+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant business experience in the digital analytics space at agency or client
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Communication, Marketing Research, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, or related applied quantitative field
- Expertise using Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, and knowledge of ETL processes
- Understanding of advanced analytic techniques including but not limited to MMMs, MTA, Test & Control, Media Optimization
- Thorough understanding of digital metrics, development of KPIs, and experience using various measurement technologies such as Ad serving platforms and website traffic analytics; experience with CRM/1st Party Data analytics
- Knowledge of using any statistical and data tools (Excel, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL)
