Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining control of the attorneys’ schedule; maintaining legal case tracking system; receiving, routing and responding to and coordinating of official correspondence, emails and telephone calls; tracking and following-up on project deadlines; arranging for briefing materials and
  • Identifying operational trends and problems (i.e. increase demand for supplies, inadequate storage, etc.), and researching, recommending and advising management on potential administrative shortfalls and recommending solutions
  • Serving as the primary point of administrative support and carrying out the administrative operations of the office;
  • Creating, updating and maintaining procedures to include work schedules, time and attendance, arranging for conference lines and setting up meetings, acquisition and safekeeping of supplies and equipment, making travel arrangements, emergency contacts, records management, system inquiries, case lifecycle support, and a variety of special projects;

Job Requirements:

  • Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service
  • Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years (additional details below)
  • CBP follows the DHS Drug-Free Workplace Plan for drug testing procedures
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position
