Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a variety of administrative projects within the office to include the development, analysis and modification of internal administrative policies, procedures and management processes of the office
- Maintaining information regarding issues and problems under the jurisdiction of the manager
- Coordinating all labor-management meetings for grievances and oral replies, and takes notes during these proceedings for the manager
- Conducting briefings on the projects and sensitive programmatic issues
- Serving as a liaison and troubleshooter for the manager
Job Requirements:
- Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years (additional details below)
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service
- CBP follows the DHS Drug-Free Workplace Plan for drug testing procedures
- You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position
- You may be required to pass a background investigation
