Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a variety of administrative projects within the office to include the development, analysis and modification of internal administrative policies, procedures and management processes of the office
  • Maintaining information regarding issues and problems under the jurisdiction of the manager
  • Coordinating all labor-management meetings for grievances and oral replies, and takes notes during these proceedings for the manager
  • Conducting briefings on the projects and sensitive programmatic issues
  • Serving as a liaison and troubleshooter for the manager

Job Requirements:

  • Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years (additional details below)
  • Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service
  • CBP follows the DHS Drug-Free Workplace Plan for drug testing procedures
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position
  • You may be required to pass a background investigation
