Job Description:

This position is an exciting Marketing Specialist role within the Retail & Direct Bank of Capital One. This role will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategy for all new programs and services put into the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• This role is part of a larger cross-functional team working in an agile environment to bring customer-facing messages to market in our main channels, such as email, online banking, web, paid digital and more. This role is perfect for someone who has demonstrated skills in audience centric modern marketing strategy development and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Qualification & Experience:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Masters / MBA degree
• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in a marketing department or agency environment
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing channels
