Job Description:

You will provide operational and administrative support to the Goods Not For Resale Team throughout the non-merchandise procurement process, taking responsibility for the administration and delivery of sourcing projects and the realisation of cost savings. You’ll also support the development and implementation of category plans, as well as interpreting spend analytics to inform sourcing activity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supplier on-boarding / Supplier contract database
  • Contract implementation process / Contract repository
  • First refusal tracker
  • Requires comprehensive IT skills and experience including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and SAP Ariba
  • Policy and procedure management
  • Delivery of sourcing projects / Tender process / Procurement process including utilisation of SAP Ariba
  • Chapter 8 Tracking and Administration / Contract renewal diary management
  • Departmental administration / PA duties
  • Project savings tracker

  • Flexible to business requirements.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude to teamwork.

  • Ability to plan ahead.
  • Office management / Office administration / PA duties
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • A minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent
  • Capable of being the external face of the department to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of personal organisation.
  • Data analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a indirect procurement, ideally within a multi-site business.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Polite and professional manner.
